How it works

How is the whole process carried out?

Choose a product

Browse the products below and pick the one that fits your needs, then hit "Order" and fill in a short form. Take your time comparing packages so you get the right fit.

Wait for confirmation

After you purchase, wait for us to confirm and accept your order. Once accepted, open a ticket on our Discord server and send proof of purchase so we can deliver your product.

Connect and describe

If manual setup is needed, you must download RustDesk.exe, which makes the process easier and faster. If it's something else, just mention it in the ticket.

Leave a vouch

Once the optimization is done or you've received your purchase, please leave a vouch in our Discord server's "vouches" channel. It really helps support us.

We're a small team of PC enthusiasts who specialize in tuning Windows systems for competitive gaming, focused on lower input lag and higher, more stable FPS.

Why choose us?+

5 years of practical experience tuning Windows for competitive gaming. We know exactly which settings actually move the needle and which ones are just placebo, and everything is tested in proper environments before it's rolled out to you officially.

Will this void my PC's warranty?+

No. We only work with software and system settings, nothing that touches hardware warranty.

Do I need to be at my PC during the session?+

Yes, for remote access and for the final testing together.

What if I don't notice a difference?+

We run a live before/after test. If the result doesn't match what we agreed on, we refund you.

What payment methods do you accept?+

PayPal, Revolut, and direct bank transfer. You'll get the exact details after placing an order.

Orders start as Pending. Once you've actually checked your PayPal/Revolut/bank and the money is really in, click Mark as paid, that's what posts the order to Discord and unlocks the customer's Download button. Requires a "status" (text) and "paid_at" (timestamptz, nullable) column on the "orders" table in Supabase.

A permanent record of admin actions on orders. Right now that's every time someone marks an order as paid (which is also the moment it gets posted to Discord). Requires an "admin_activity_log" table in Supabase with columns: id (uuid, default gen_random_uuid()), order_id (text), action (text), admin_name (text), customer_name (text), amount (numeric), created_at (timestamptz, default now()).

Supabase doesn't let a browser list your currently-open sessions on other devices (that needs server-side admin access, which we deliberately don't expose in the site's code for security). What we can show is a log of when and where this account has signed in with a password, and what we can definitely do is sign out every device at once below. Requires a "login_activity" table in Supabase: id (uuid, default gen_random_uuid()), user_id (uuid), device (text), created_at (timestamptz, default now()).
